omg I am so humiliated :( My man has said I have been snoring bad for ages, but now I just had a cuppa with my neighbour who said they can hear me snore at night through our (thin) walls.

I feel utterly gross and really un-feminine :(

I need to lose weight post baby so this stops, but does anyone have any advice for the mean time?

my advice would be to laugh it off!
let ur oh put up with some pregnancy crappyness :p
xx

Yeah I was fine when it was just him hearing me, but omg my neighbors as well!!!!!

I have the same issue, I can even hear my neighbours snoring too as our bedrooms back onto eachother.

Mines gotten so bad that we moved the bed into the lounge, OH sleeps out there while I have an airbed in the bedroom.

No advice though sorry, I wish I could fix mine too.

Tell them it's you OH! I blame all my wind on him. He's really proud of my farts at the mo so doesn't mind too much lol!xx

It is embarassing but funny....I have been snoring super loud for awhile now, and I even wake myself up sometimes! Luckily we don't have neighbors. It's supposedly from the extra weight and also swelling in the sinus associated with extra blood. I don't know where you live but if you can get your hands on some breath right strips maybe those would help.?. They are sticky strips that open up your nasal passages so you can breath better through your nose instead of mouth breathing. Worth a try I guess.

I hate waking myself up with snoring! Horrid feeling xx

I never snored before pregnancy, or even before third trimester!

I've woken myself up snoring too, I thought perhaps I was imagining things. I asked hubby if I snore and he tells me I do. Mortified  I hope it goes away again afterwards hehe. x

Aww Lol. It doesnt bother me at all why should they care that you snore??
Tbh im not the type to care about other people and what they say though, everyone is different. It will soon blow over they're probably too busy in their own little world for it to matter to them,xx
