Snow Glow Elsa - broken?

Hope people are still hanging around in this area.

LO got a snow glow Elsa for xmas but I can't get her to work properly. The only thing she says is 'my name's Elsa' and songs a little bit of Let it Go. Also nothing happens when we raise her arm (have tried both arms). Is she broken or do I have her on a test mode and can't work out how to switch her?

Any help would be much appreciated!

At the top of the dress at the back, there's a switch. Turn it from T to O

Ah silly me, something so obvious that I somehow missed! My switch has 0,1,2 and I assumed 0 was off Have switched it to 0 and it's working properly now. Thanks

I'd read reviews of the Snow Glow Elsa doll, where people had reported the same issue! So it's not just you!
