So its 2 days from my due date, I been up all night with sickness, woken up with waves of pain through my back buh no tightenings...


And hes gone off 2 London, an hour an a half journey on the train at the best if times, to see his friend who has just got out of prison!!!!

WTF

He says just text me or call me if u go into labour ill come straight back.. Buh I could have had the baby in an hour and a half that it takes him just to get back to this area, then to get to the hospital etc

Wishful thinking buh still so..

Im so angryyyyy not even mentioning what his one day out is costing us on our low income FFS

Bad, bad man!!! Fancy leaving you like that!! I've told OH he's not going to be more than 2 hours away from 36 weeks (he works away from home). And he knows he wouldn't dare go ANYWHERE if I told him I thought I was near labour.....
I would have killed him lol and even said, "you go and you ain't coming back!"

Naughty OH. I cant believe he would go to London to meet his mate, surely he could have done that after the baby was here. My hubby has rules not to go too far away from 37 weeks. We are even packing a bag for when we go away in two weeks just in case

I would angry too, If my OH did that i would be so mad. Men don't think realistically I bet he's thinking "she will be fine etc" If you went into labour i am sure he would have a panic on x

I dont know if ive had contractions because im not too sure what im waiting for,, like I said I havent had any "tightenings" buh I have had waves of pain through my back, and some through my bump and my pelvis is aaaaaaaching like mad.. Buh the sickness is ridiculous.. Hopefully she holds on, buh I dont know what all the pains and feelings mean :/

If the pains get any worse though I definitely will, they arent hurting half as much as what I thought they would so thats got to be a good sign she might stay put??

Well this is my first baby so I have no clue how close you could be hun but he really shouldn't be over an hour away when your so close to due date and already having a little pain.

Go ahead and get your hair done, Treat yourself But if it gets any worse give him a call and tell him to jump on the train xx

I would be fuming if my OH did that!! When I was pregnant I made sure my OH was no further than 30 minutes away in the last 3 weeks

With the contractions though if they are you will know..I know that sounds really silly but trust me when labour starts you will know... In the mean time if you're having pains I would jump in the bath..If the pains stop then it's probably nothing to worry about if they get worse then get on the phone and demand he comes back just in case

Mines gone to Kent today (3 hours door to door) but I've said phone is to be on and right in front of him.

Yea I was meant to get my hair done last week buh thought about the money side of it, buh now am fed up with constantly worrying about him having what he needs/wants, I havent had my hair done in AGES its about time!

My oh is the opposite. I'm only 28 weeks right now and he's terrified to leave me even to go to work. He's afraid ill have a freak accident and will go into labor this early. I'm afraid to see what he's like when I get closer to my due date..
