Apologies if this gets a bit long, but I am getting so bored with my current name lists to the point where if I gave birth right now (I wish) I don't think I'd be able to give my baby a name I love :nope:.

I'll give you my current lists so you have an idea of my style and I would love some new suggestions or even just an over-haul of my combos, all of them feel so old and stale to me and I no longer have anything I truly love.

Let's start with the boys which I normally find so easy, but am suddenly struggling with.

For a long time my top three combos have been;

Ethan Joshua
Hayden Michael
Lucas William

I still like the 3 fn's but no longer really love them, they are all becoming v popular (not that that really bothers me if I'm in love with a name- my dd is Olivia after all) and I'm worried Hayden is going to the "chavs" (I'm not trying to be offensive here).

Other boys names I like are;

Noah - this is seriously rocketing up my list, I just can't find a Noah combo I love.

Oliver- truly adore this name but can't use for obvious reasons

Samuel- I love this but can't use it.

Zach- Another that's a fairly new entry on my list

Ryan
Jack
Alfie
Daniel
Connor
Callan
Elliott

Max (my nephew's name so off the table but it's just to give you a sense of my style)
Aidan

And a few I kinda like;

Dylan
Rhys
Liam
Jacob

I'd love to use a family name as a mn or even a 2nd mn if something else works better as 1st middle. Family names I'd want to use if poss;

Michael - my dad
Ian- my brother
Charles- my grandad's mn- Olivia's mn is Sydney which was my grandad's 1st name so feel this would be nice to tie their two names together
Quinn- family name

And now the girls (this is a lot shorter- promise)

I still an completely in love with my dd's name, but nothing else I find seems to match up or envoke the same feelings, that yes this is totally "the" name. My current top 5 is;

Niamh Isabella- I do sort of love Niamh, I'm just struggling to find a good nn (I know Nn's aren't important to some people but to me they are) Have considered Evie but worried this is too much of a stretch and will spend my life explaining it. I know it would be easier to get to Evie with the Neve sp but I don't like this at all.

Emilia Willow- This I do pretty much love, but I think most people will mis-prounounce/mis-spell Emilia and I don't know if I'm quite brave enough to use Willow.

Sophia Eden- One of my dd's bff's is Sophie and I don't get along with her mum at all so feel this one could cause tension in the playground.

Isla Kate
Carys Eden

Mn's I would want to use for girls to honour family members are;

Chloe- my niece
Eden- for my grandma Edna
Kate/Caitlin- for my bff and other grandma
Victoria- for my sister Vicky
Annelise- for my mum and a little bit for me :blush: (my mum's mn is Ann and I'm Lisa but pretty much always called Lise)

That's it I'm done for girls.

So please ladies your help would be much appreciated in finding me a whole new list I can really start to love

Noah Jack, Noah Quinn ???

Zachary Jack??

Love Sophia Eden (bit biase though as my daughter is Sofia :thumbup:)

Eden is a gorgeous name :flower:. xx

I also love Sophia Eden and Emilia Willow. I think even though Emilia is spelled a bit different that it is pretty straightforward.

For boys I like Charles for a middle name...
Ryan Charles
Elliot Charles
Jack Charles

Elliot Michael is also nice

Ryan Michael Quinn + surname?

Liam is also a cute name.

You have a silimar like of names as me, my DD is Olivia also!

Our little boy is called Seth, how about that? Goes with your Mn's too.

For a girl i really love Isla Kate i think its beautiful!

We were going to use Imogen, Isla or Iris (didnt go for all I's on purpose)

Iris means Rainbow which i think is lovely!

x

I love Noah Michael as a combo -- high on my list! Also really like Rhys & Liam -- both so cute!

Rylan Quinn / Rylan Michael
Logan Charles / Logan Michael
Landon Oliver / Landon Michael
Carson Michael / Carson Oliver
Jackson Quinn / Jackson Charles
Riley Michael / Riley Quinn
Greyson Michael / Greyson Charles

What about Charlie as a first name, instead of Charles as a middle name?? Charlie Quinn?

Girls:

I absolutely love Emilia Willow -- gorgeous name!!! I don't think it would be misspronounced! Also really like Sophia Eden!

Some new ideas:

Elaina Willow
Arabella Niamh
Giavana Sophia
Aleah Kate
Lia Annelise

Beautiful name choices here!
Lucas, Dylan and Ian are my favourites for boys.

Lucas Aidan
Dylan Michael
Noah Charles
Ian Daniel
Noah Quinn

Lots of other lovely suggestions here, good luck!

Noah is becoming really popular since Chris Evans called his boy Noah. I love it actually. I like your list of names and think Lucas is a lovely name. As for combinations, I choose names I like for christian names and for middle names they have a family connection.

The list you have suggest is really nice, it was not bored. If you really want some new suggestions than you can search on Internet or you can go through a book for more names.

I like zach, ryan or liam and isla for a girl i thing isla willow would be nice x
