So confused help

So yesterday I got a very faint positive with the paper strip test, today I took two tests different brands and as you can see one is positive and the other one not these two tests are from the same urine so confused what you ladies think options please xx

I think the green handle strip test is a faulty test or less sensitive. I've seen a lot of those dip strip tests show super faint lines when other tests a obvious bfp. So in essence you are pregnant.

Thank you, just to update iv took a another pink dye test and it’s also positive so I’m quite hopeful x
