So confused!!! Period, but positive FRER?

Hey guys! I'm having a really tough time This is our first month TTCing. For a couple weeks, I thought I was pregnant. I was having pregnancy symptoms, AF was significantly late, and I even got a couple of faint lines on FRERS. Well, Sunday I noticed some slight spotting, and eventually heavy bleeding followed. I bled all through Monday, and today its substantially slowing down. My cycle is a bit irregular, but it hasn't really been like this. Usually once I get my period after a day the symptoms go away, but I am still having very sore breasts. I took a FRER just for the hell of it and got this.

I called and made a "Prenatal" appt last Friday for this coming Thurs, and I'm wondering if I should go, or cancel. Does this test look positive to you? I'm super lost

This test doesn't look pos. Either you weren't pg or you had a chemical pg where the embryo attached itself long enough to give you a pos test before but didn't survive. I wouldn't bother with an apt, there's nothing the doctor can do for you and most likely hcg levels would be back to normal by now if it was a chemical. I had two MC and a chemical myself, just carry on to the next cycle.

It doesn't look positive to me. It could have been a chemical pregnancy. If it was, your HCG levels have already returned to normal and you'll be able to try regularly next month.

I would hold off on a prenatal visit until you get a clear positive. This one doesn't look positive to me. Try taking another in a couple days and if it isn't any darker than you probably are not pregnant.

I'm sorry, I think you may have had a chemical
