So confused

Hello ladies,

I was just wondering if anyone has had the same experience as me. Okay so I am sexual active. Not ttc but also not preventing. 6 days after when I believe I ovulated (I tracked it) I started spotting for about 4 days. This isn't normal for me. During these days (still have these symptoms) I had very light cramps at first, I felt nauseous, didn't like the same foods I used to, had a headache everyday, backaches, have a cold now and sharp pains in breasts. 4 days after spotting I started spotting again which is 4 days before period is due. Its nothing like my normal and I never have any of these symptoms before my period is why I'm so confused.

Take a pregnancy test and if negative take another the day to week after your period is due. If you are pregnant spotting is quite normal in the beginning, it's called implantation bleeding. Good luck

I took one yesterday and also one a couple days before that and both came out negative. I'll wait a few days and see what happens. Thank you for replying!
