So excited for first scan!

Even though I haven't booked myself in with the MW yet thanks to the bloody DRs I just can't wait to see our little jelly bean. I need advice on how to not thinking about it, as this excitement is driving me crazy especially the 20 weeks scan and finding out the sex. Yeah any advice will be good. Trying to forget about it but feeling sick constantly and peeing loads just don't help. Thank you

I haven't got any advice as I was excited/nervous for my 5 weeks scan so don't know how I'll act with my 12 weeks
