So... I am a few days late for AF. My cycle last month and this month have been abnormally long (i'm currently on CD 34 and last month I went to CD 32...usually 28 day cycles). Two HPTs have come out negative, as well as a blood test... the dr. called me yesterday to inform me of the BFN blood test and said to come back for another blood test if my period hasn't shown in 2 weeks. SOOO, my temperatures have remained "high" in comparison to pre-ovulation temps and my CM has been lotiony since post-ovulation. The only thing I have noticed is that my cervix opening (whatever that is called....OS or something?) has moved from being facing down (so I could touch it with my fingers) to now facing my back (meaning I have to find it back there when rooting around with my fingers...sorry tmi!). WTF is up with that? Has anyone else had odd experiences with their cervix opening playing hide-and-seek? Also, I have had no spotting whatsoever. Not a drop, spec, or tinge. If I'm not pregnant, I just with my period would come so I could get it over with and move on to the next cycle. I have read that if you're pregnant with a male child, the hCG can be at a lower amount, thus, it is detected later than normal. This would explain my first pregnancy with my son...when I didn't get a positive HPT until I was well into my third month. Anyway, sorry for the long post. We aren't telling anyone we're TTC and my husband and I "talk" over text when he's away working (he works far away for 15 days, then he's home for 6) AND he doesn't understand girl stuff so I'm talking to you all about it lol. Thanks for reading!
