So sore - my nipples are gonna fall off!

I thought the boob pain was meant to subside by the end of 1st tri? I musta been wrong.
My boobs are so itchy and tight and ANGRY. My nipples are so painful i feel like they're about to drop off.

When do they settle down?!
Not a chance I can think about breastfeeding when even the touch of a t shirt on them making me wince!
