i'm getting myself worked up. i'm a huge eater normally, i could snack all day and still find time for 3 big meals, but over the last couple of weeks i've noticed my appetite disappearing completely.
today all i've had to eat is a naan bread, some lettuce and some biscuits.
immediately after becoming pregnant i developed a huge aversion to frozen food and have only eaten something from the freezer on 2 occasions. also, my sense of taste has changed so much that i'm starting to find that i just don't like anything. i'm making myself dinner and then only eating a third of it because it doesn't taste as it should.
i've lost 6lbs so far since becoming pregnant, and i'm sure that the majority of that is over the last 2/3 weeks since my appetite has gone. at first, i was eating like a horse and i think this had more to do with quitting smoking and drinking than anything else!!
anyone else experienced a loss of appetite and have any advice? i know it's bad for the baby, but i just can't make myself eat anything!
