Hi Lynne, I'm going to wait on you to update the stats. FX'd a super lot that you are pg despite the bfns. Have you ever been this late before? What sort of tests did you use and did you use fmu?

hey sorry never updated, still BFN but no AF think my PCOS is back in hyperdrive.... thought lap and dye would help but its not sadly

i have used First response, clearblue plus and 2 cheap ones all BFN done Clearblue yesterday and def not pregnant, hoping to get witch soon, seeing RE on 23rd august for results i already know i only have one tube

what ways do you use them after ? (IF THAT MAKES SENSE )

Like, do you put them straight in after DTD ? or do you go to the bathroom and 'dump' what comes out of you and put it back in orr...... I dont know...

Know what I mean ? Iv heard of people who DTD, wait 10 mins and then go to the bathroom and 'dump' whatever comes back out into the cup and put the cup in then so the spermies are stuck by the cervix?

any techniques ladys?

CLH, i would say don't dump anything out. Just insert the softcups in - either 10 min later or immediately, whichever you like. Removing the stuff and putting it back in makes no sense - you are increasing the chances of exposing the spermies to air and other factors.

Titi - the stats don't look to promising does it? hmmm...i thought we should have at least had an average of 25 %. Mebbe its cause next month its going to be 50 % or above?

I think im going to have to practice, Iv never checked my cervix or anything lying down,

I always sit on the toilet, thats why the 'dump' idea made sense

Another tip when taking it out, bear down like you are doing a #2 or a kegel to help push the ring forward.

i'm never hopeful lol just had lap and dye done on 16th june too that was 1 day after ovulation so they told me it would be impossible this month as the dye would have flushed anything out, maybe when my period comes back will have more luck.

thanks hun! it looks to be a slower rise this time around. the only reason i know it was yesterday is because all of the cramping stopped on cd 18 and then yesterday my ovaries were silent but my sex drive was so immense i dtd 9 times!! That hasnt happened to me in my whole history of TTC lol.

9 times, wow! just wow! DH and i have got to 7 before this last month, but that is just because we hadn't for three months. can't imagine 9 times thank you girl. not trying to get my hopes up about my chart just yet, just because tomorrows temp or the next days or the next could always ruin it so easily. i'm a pessimist

oh i only did it with dh once LOL. he was at work which was really bad!! i spent the day home alone and all i could think about was sex. I have a bag of toys though LOL. It didn't stop me at all, the minute DH walked in the door I was all over him. I thought maybe something is wrong with me and was googling and stuff but couldn't find anything hahah

i know what you mean abt not getting hopes up. i'm pessimist too and i think it's better to expect the worst that way your never surprised if things don't go right!

Then if you look at last cycle's chart farther down the tww temps were horrible aand i got a BFP. It was a chem but still! I never expected it. Just proves it really can go either way!

it just seems the best to me as well la pinska. if you get your hopes up, you can crash and burn. if you stay level then all is okay. granted, a would stink either way but it seems falling down from level is less of a fall then falling from the top sorry to hear about your chemical hun, must be hard to go through. DH is convinced my feb cycle was one, but i never charted or tested until a week after AF was late so it was hard to tell.

agreed! The chem wasn't as hard as i always thought it would be. I didn't even realize there was a line until i did my PM test and compared AM with PM, i seriously thought they were some type of evap especially when AF came the next day. But after a few days of heavy bleeding i thought about it again and the fact that i've been using those ic's for like 8 months and never got thick pink lines, and both my DH and my best friend agreed they were +. I was lucky it didn't seem to effect my period but it may be the reason why i had delayed o this cycle. Will never know!

And your darn right I get mine LOL. I have a very healthy sex drive. My dh thinks there's something wrong with me. We are frequent visitor's of adam & eve
