Went on the market yesterday, had 2 viewings and it just sold for full asking price to landlords so there is no chain :D

Spoke to a great mortgage advisor, we can stay with Abbey but change to a interest only, so wont have to pay £4500 redemption fees. Then as long as we don't go over 85% property value we can self certify for another interest free mortgage, therefore putting up what we can look at paying to around £180k. Our repayments would be about £20 more a month than what we are currently paying, so we can put a little bit back each month into a savings account, more when Matt gets payrises and qualifies.

Now to find a house!!

FAN-BLOODY-TASTIC YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Well chuffed for you chick, saves you so much hassle,

Excellent news hun. That was very quick!!!!

Hope you find something nice to move into. Just dont look at mine or Terries house moving threads, it will put you off the whole idea!!

=D> Great news hun, hope everything goes ok for u.
x

Oh Wow that is amazing

Good luck house hunting hun

*Makes note not to read anymore moving threads from Cat and Terrie* lol.

We've got a viewing booked tomorrow for a house that has no chain, so hopefully if we like it there shouldn't be *too* many issues when we move.

Ohh Kina thats FAB news - Don't forget you need a spare bedroom for Wobbles to stay

Shurrup you two ;)

Well as long as I am in in 19 weeks so I can pop the sprog out in that front room (god I haven't even seen the house yet!) I don't care. Plus I'll have an excuse to do bugger all lifting and order everyone else around :p

That's excellent news hun! :D

i am happy for you hun...

just remember not to stress out too much!

Ha stress should be my middle name, I was in the bath last night calling out things to Matt that I kept thinking of, like sorting out our gas/electric bills as we're in credit etc.

KINA!!!!!!

Well done it is soooooo exciting and to sell that quick, fantastic!

How you feeling anyway not spoke to you for ages......

Bex.x

Wobbs the house I looked at today I don't think a midget would fit in the spare room! And it's at the top end of our budget.

Feeling really disheartened as we will have to pay £180k for a house that needs £5k of work and it's still not ideal. God house prices have gone up!
