Went on the market yesterday, had 2 viewings and it just sold for full asking price to landlords so there is no chain Spoke to a great mortgage advisor, we can stay with Abbey but change to a interest only, so wont have to pay Â£4500 redemption fees. Then as long as we don't go over 85% property value we can self certify for another interest free mortgage, therefore putting up what we can look at paying to around Â£180k. Our repayments would be about Â£20 more a month than what we are currently paying, so we can put a little bit back each month into a savings account, more when Matt gets payrises and qualifies. Now to find a house!!
