Its understandable when I walk alot and my feet hurt...But this is so weird! every single morning, as soon as I jump outta bed and start walking, I feel this extreme pain in the entire sole of my feet! Walking to the bathroom becomes a mission! It usually disappears after few minutes though.
Could it be swelling? Today I noticed my shoes were so tight arrghhh... I rushed out of home this morning and didnt notice, and the best part is Im only going back in the evening..I have no idea how Im gonna survive all freaking day in these!!! Good luck to me :-(

i was so glad to see this as i have it in my heel . Its mainly at night and im thinking due to shoes on and being on my feet all day . I thought it was my shoes at first but today i had different ones and still achy xx

I think I know why:) I have had this problem for the last month and its v painful, not only does pregnancy hormones relax ligaments in your hips etc for birth but it has an effect on the whole body inc the feet where the ligaments relax, the bones can then spread, feet can actually increase size permanently (hopefully not!) But I would have thought just as you suffer with your back and hips from ligament pain the same is with your feet. I was reading about it just yesterday, it said pregnant women often have to go up a shoe size. I only seem to get it when I'm on my feet over an hour but then everytime I get on my feet after it hurts. Xxxxxx

That makes sense I supose. Maybe rubbing foot creams in or coco butter xx

i have this too.
I agree that i can have to do with what Oasis mentioned.

Also if your spine needs adjusted, you have SPD, or Sciatica, it can cause your legs to not be properly aligned so there could be a bit of a pinched nerve too. I notice mine improves greatly when i see the chiropractor.
