Hi ladies
I just wanted to share some info I have recently came across about morning sickness. After Internet researching for hours...I mean hours I came across that morning sickness could be a result of a magnesium deficiency. Just to give you a bit of background for myself I had horrific morning sickness with my dd1 and lost alot of weight due to vomiting and not eating a thing.
I am only 7 weeks with my 2nd but started to get a bit nauseas. I am so scared to feel the way I felt with my dd1. Anyway i bought some epson bath salts and magnesium oil spray from Holland and barrats (uk). I have been having a bath every night and then spraying the oil on my arms. I woke up yesterday and this morning with no sickness at all!!
Now it may be a coincidence maybe my hormones are just going through a little dip but i honestly feel great.
I just wanted to pass this on as I know someone will be suffering and might want to try it.
Thanks ladies
