Went in for a sweep...
they couldnt do one on me yet as my cervix isnt open enough.
Little disapointed but no ones fault really.
They will try again on tuesday and if nothing happens then.
They have given me friday the 30th of september for an induction date.
It was going to be the 1st of october but they're fully booked that day so they said i can come in a day early which is good.
Dont want to be induced but at the same time at least i know i will have the baby in my arms within the next week .
Annoyed cos one of my supposed best mates is putting me down about it all making me feel bad like its my fault the baby isnt here.
I dont need any negative attitude which is what she gives me all the time.
I am slightly annoyed the baby isnt here yet but im learning to to just wait till he/she is here...This was on facebook earlier...

Tamara Maclennan Sadly no success today guys...got an appointment on tuesday so fingers crossed something happens by then or on that day. Or i have an induction date for the 30th. Thanx for the good lucks though.xxxxxxxxxxx

Tamara Maclennan Yeah ofc they tryed thats how they know they couldnt do one. They didnt get my hopes up lol i did but wasnt getting my hopes up too much for today. Its no ones fault...these things happen i will have the baby for sure this time next week though :-D.xxxxxxxxxxxxx

thats rubbish dont worry i think nothing will actually make a baby come its got to be ready least u know u will def have the baby by next friday my induction is booked for 1st october now i know its just over a week im happy cos thats the latest date now so exciting eh? did u not say u partner works away maybe babys waiting for him whens he home? xx

Yeah my partner works in the army so he should be back by the 15th of october so maybe it is waiting a bit longer for him lol.
I am trying to be excited as i now know its not too long till the little one arrives and its nice to be able to see my midwifes every so often to check he/she is allright.

I got my sweep done today too. No change in my cervix since last week, still about 2cm and 60% effaced. Sigh. I am terrified of being induced! I'm due Saturday but I wish baby would just come all ready. I've had like no BH or anything this whole pregnancy and I just feel like nothing is happening and I'm gonna be pregnant forever! I hope your baby shows up soon. Good luck!
