Soooo hot!

Hi there, it's not hot in England at the moment especially not overnight but I've had to resort to a summer weight duvet and I'm still waking up boiling hot dripping in sweat! Is this normal? Any one else? I'm 6+4

I'm hot all day- I go on long drives cranking my A/C I'm fine at night though
