sooooooo excited!!!!

soooooooooo excited. I posted my forms off to the fertility clinic last monday. U have to wait until they ring u with an appointment. So impatient as I am, I rang today just to check that they had received our forms. Well they have our forms and then she said they just got a cancellation a few minutes ago and would myself and dh be able to come up on friday for our first consultation. I know it's only gonna be our first meeting with the fertility specialist but the ball is well and truly rolling now!!! I really had myself geared up for an appointment in late August!!! Im so excited, shocked, nervous and happy!!!

Now i know how lucky i am to have gotten that cancellation for tomorrow. I just spoke to a girl i know in my area who is also a ltttc-er and she posted her forms on the exact same day as i did to the exact same clinic and she has just gotten word that her appointment is in September. Me and my dh are soooooooo lucky. He was unsure last week when i said i took the cancellation cause he thought we should wait until after my lap in August. I told him the gyne had said that the fertility clinic appointment might happen before the lap and that was fine if it does, which the gyne did say!! so i rang dh to tell him about the other girl's appointment in september and now he knows just how lucky we are too!!!

Great job! I'm having my first FS appt in 2 weeks' time too... and I only called them yesterday...so I'm really thankful that we could get our appt sooo quickly!!! Definitely need all the help we can get!
