Sore nipples

Hi ladies
I really want to breastfeed my baby, but I'm currently 19 weeks and my nipples are so sore (seriously even if something brushes past it's like cut glass) im so very sore.Will this calm down before birth or is there some cream I can buy?

I feel like that at the moment - lansinoh cream is good. If I remember right the soreness goes and is replaced by relief when boobies are emptied of milk
