Sore nipples

The rest of my breast don't hurt much, but my nipples are extremely sore and sensitive. Like I have to wear a bra because just rubbing against a tshirt hurts. Anyone else have this issue? Also I'm 13 weeks

Yes. My first pregnancy my breast AND nipples hurt soooo much, second pregnancy not too much, third and my nipples are killing me!
