Sore!

I have now been B/F Olivia for a week, however the initial latch on pain is so sore I dont look forward to feeding time, does this pain ease and if so how quickly?

Also I am just wondering she seeks comfort ALL the time, if i let her she would just suckle on my nipple all day, has anyone got any solutions on how to soothe her without her having to be on my nipple all the time?

My pain eased after a week, but I also went to a bf clinic to help with the latch on. Might be an idea to go to one?

I soothe Isobel by putting my little finger in with the pad facing the roof of her mouth and it settles her

I found the pain went after about a week aswell.
I soothe Alex using a dummy, he got well established with feeding early on and i felt comfortable to use one.
