LOL u ladies make me laff! yeah it shoots right up my bum! doesnt hurt or anything but i feel it and i get about 3 in a row haha! nothing to do with my legs or back! if it was then id be goin the docs! x

I think they are signs of constipation - I used to get them when my bowel movements weren't as good as they are now (sorry TMI) - I'm now a veggie so get a good lot of fibre in my diet and never now have problems, or the shooting pains.

Oh me too.....along with the feeling of walking around with 5lbs of spuds down my knickers (that horrid feeling like your insides are going to fall out)....sorry if TMI!
