Sorry TMI but ripping ofter sex & man its sore how am i going to cope with labour!?

Sorry TMI but me and OH have started having sex again mainly spooning ..

Before we was pregnant my lady was fair strong and didn't hurt after sex and cleaning up after etc but lately after sex OMG!!! The stinging really hurts. Also OH has made me rip a little and I bleed a little, I know it's from the small cut due to when I wipe I can feel the split..

I'm just thinking to myself if I can't deal with the pain after sex and a -mm of a rip is there how am I going to cope with 10cm opening and knowing I'll probably rip..

Am I being a little OTT or is it a genuine fear I've got?

Sounds like you have thrush hunny - the exact same thing happened to me years ago and it was so painful!! Your perineum is not normally this weak - I would get yourself checked out at the docs xx

hum.. well had thursh since the start of the pregnancy.. due to diabeties and then part pregnancy. Didn't think that would be the prob thanks though

When I had it it started off a a sore patch and then cracked resulting in a wound like a split - like if you have really bad chapped hands. Hope you can get it sorted out xx

Just hope the midwife listens! I'm going tomorrow and rather talk to her instead of my doc ..

Do I just mention the bleeding/cut? Or mention everytime we have sex?

Tell her everything about it, that way she will have all the info needed to help sort it out - your hubby will also need treatment for it too if it is thrush xx

If you still have thrush I hope your OH is using protection because men can catch it and it's alot harder for them to tell if they have it and can be alot more dangerous to them then women.
