Soy Isoflavins?

I came off of depo in January this year and as yet have not ovulated, and no AF.

I have read up on other threads that you are supposed to take soy on early cd's but since i cannot count these yet can i take it for 5 days just to kick start my cycles?

I have also been taking AC for a few months now with no luck so would really appreciate any advice from you gals in the know.

what is AC?? I too would like to start taking Soy. Just wondering how much to take & when!

Maybe you can make an appt with your ob/gyn...I think they can force you to have your AF. You can then probably start your soy. Sorry, I don't know much about how soy should work, but I think they help you O like Clomid, but you're supposed to take it only at the beginning of the cycle...so not sure if you should start now. I would consult a doc first... Good luck.

BallofStress, AC = Agnus Castus, probably better known as Vitex where you are. There are threads on here advising on which cycle days to take soy and how much, give it a little search and good luck with it.
