Hi, I am fairly new to this site and am already hooked! I have come across lots of posts on Soy Isoflavones and have decided to give it a go! Anyway, I've noticed that some people try it CD 1-5, some 2-6, some 3-7 and so and and so forth. Well I'm just unsure as to how you make a decision over which days to use it in? If anyone can shine any light on this please I'd be most grateful!!! Thank you :winkwink: xxxx

Don't want to shoot off at the mouth as I havent taken it myself, but some girls in one of my threads were saying the earlier you take it, the eggs are more but less mature, the later you take it, the eggs are less but more mature. Hope that helps. I'd personally try days 3-7, I have considered taking soy but havent yet, as Im hoping to get the guts to ask for femara this week. Good luck!

Thanks Whitbit, you're a star! I think I'll try 3-7 too! Fingers crossed for you getting Femara too! Thanks again xxxx

I took it days 1-5 b/c I ovulate really late. The first time I O'd on CD 17 [the same as the cycle before] and the next cycle, I O'd on CD 22 or 23. I gave it up after that b/c it gave me bad headaches. I haven't O'd before CD 22 since.

Thanks for the advice Ilovecheese! I think that I ov quite late too and have a short lp(although I've given up charting etc!) so am not sure when to take it so guess will just have to give it a go and see! I'm sorry to hear it gave you bad headaches :( xxx
