Spelling variations

My DH and I have been discussing baby names and he has given the suggestion of Effy. I love the name, but I don't love the spelling! Out of these 3 variations (I've narrowed it down from about 10 different variations ) which do you prefer? Middle name will most likely be Jane no matter the first name.
