Hey mamas! I have been TTC for 10 months. I did get pregnant but I had a CP. So I KNOW my hubbys sperm can make the journey!

Anywho, we had his SA and his results were all within normal range, except for one thing, his sperm viscosity was increased. I am guessing this means it stays thick or it gets thick after a while. I honestly don't know.

The doctor who interpreted the results said that even though the viscosity was increased, other things were normal so not to worry about this.

But I am wondering if this is what is causing the delay in us getting pregnant.

Do you think a diva cup or something would help?

Anybody elses hubby have this? What did you do?

If they say it was normal and nothing would harm you from getting pregnant I wouldn't worry. It took us 13 cycles to get pregnant with #1

Viscosity is a measure of how “thick” or “watery” the sample is. Highly viscous semen may inhibit sperm motility and make it more difficult for sperm cells to reach the female’s egg. sperm washing corrects this, also have him drink more water and the GNC mega man prostrate helps this too.
