Hiya

This is my second month doing it:

From cd10 - I BD every other day. Then when I get a peak on my cbfm (or positive opk) BD that day and the next 2 (so 3 in a row) have a day off and then BD the following day.

Yup thank you!! We have dtd every day since AF stopped which is a bonus. I havent had a deffo +ve on an opk yet but yesterdays was the stongest and is has gone very faint again today I dont think we can DTD today though so I guess we arent doing the SMEP this month unfortunately. Almost!
