Spinach????

I just wondered if anyone else has eaten spinach and found it gave there LO gas?
I'm in the process of elimination spinach being the 1st to be eliminated.

I haven't personally had any problems with spinach but I know it can be one of the worst offenders, along with other dark green leafy vegetables. Good luck with your elimination diet!

I think broccoli gives my LO gas. I haven't eaten spinach yet since LO was born. I love all green leafy veg so I hope they don't all give her gas!

Yep! I was eating baby spinach everyday to keep my iron levels up and LO was getting very windy and nasty green poo. As soon as I stopped eating it, she has been better and poo is now yellow.

We are on day 3 of NO Spinach!! and yesterday she had a great day So i'm hoping that was what it was.
