Spots of brown discharge at 4+2?

I got a on a FRER on Friday morning and AF is due sometime this weekend, maybe tomorrow.

This morning when wiping I've seen two little spots of brown discharge. I know this can be normal, leftover implantation blood I'm guessing, but I still need reassurance! Anyone else here have this and all be fine??

I had implantation spotting with my son. I continued bleeding on and off until 6 weeks then had an ultrasound at 8 weeks with no sign of what caused the bleeding but it never came back again until I was ready to give birth.
