Spotting 3dpo....please help, so confused!!

Hello Ladies...

Currently just started my TWW and having spotting after intercourse, anybody else having this? Not due AF until 15th Nov, any ideas please? Driving myself insane!!!

Hello! Spotting during anytime other than menstruation can be so frustrating! I frequently have this problem. There are probably a number of likely causes for spotting. For me, I think it is mostly due to low progesterone, but could also be from my endometriosis. I know cysts can also cause spotting (cysts occurring around ovulation time are common and usually dissipate on their own, and even though most cysts are not harmful it can cause the annoying spotting!). It could have also been irritation of the cervix from rough intercourse? Hopefully the spotting goes away for you soon, and you get a BFP at the end of your TWW!
