maybe, but the last few have been pretty much on time, so it's really confusing

I did one Monday and it was negative, AF finally arrived yesterday afternoon, kinda court me be surprise and I didn't really have any of my usual pre-AF pains,
My back is in a lot of pain today though and I've got a little cramping but still nothing compared to what i'm use too.
