Bright red spotting after sex. Is it normal?

Yep pretty normal. I'd ask a doctor for the OK before getting too crazy in bed, especially so early. Otherwise unless you have severe cramps or lots of bleeding, don't worry too much. Our cervixes are much more sensitive now and get irritated easily. Even something as small as a little "finger action" down there can cause bleeding.
