Spotting and confused! Help.

I had a MC at 6 weeks in early October 2013, which left my husband and I devastated. We have been TTC since then, and no luck yet.

I have been trying to keep track of my cycle and they have been anywhere from 31-39 days, so I don't even know where to start!

I began spotting about a week ago, which was pink and transparent. It has been about 7 days and still very light, no clotting or dark blood. Anyone have any idea what this may be? Ovulation, implantation, other issues? Would love some advice as I am very confused right now! I would estimate AF to be April 9.

Color-wise it sounds like it could be either ovulation or implantation bleeding; from what I know both are commonly brown but can be pink. I think it more depends on timing to distinguish between the two. My doctor told me that implantation bleeding would happen (IF it does) 6-12 days after ovulation occurred. So if the timing was right for ovulation, it could be that...or if it was after ovulation it could be implantation! Did you have a regular period last month?

My periods have been normal since the MC, just abnormal lengths of cycles. So I really just don't know if it could have been implantation or ovulation. I will be testing soon and posting!
