I usually spot 2 days before AF arrives and from reading into it I thought this might be from low progesterone levels (although I don't know this for sure).
Anyway, this is my first month charting my bbt, so I thought if we weren't successful this cycle I'd see a temp drop the morning before I got my pre-AF spotting.
My temp was still high this morning but I have just been to the toilet and there was pinky blood on the tissue paper when I wiped.
Could there be another reason for my pre-AF spotting other than low progesterone levels?
I was feeling hopeful this cycle after my dip at 8dpo, as thought it could have been an implantation dip
