Spotting at 12weeks UK

Okay so basically I am shitting myself with worry.
I have had 8 mcs I the past and I don't want that to happen again. By my midwifes calculations I'm 12 weeks and one day but by my calculations could be anywhere between that and 9week pregnant.
The spotting was red and had eased off.

I'm scared of having myself checked by the gynaecology team at my local hosp because they caused my to loose a pregnancy before. And I know they won't scan me cause they are lazy.

I am down for another hosp to give birth.... should I wait it out or go to Warwick ane and see if they can check me over??

Never had any hcgs done this time round and haven't had my first scan yet

I had several episodes of spotting throughout my pregnancy (second time only) and everything was just fine. I know the horrible emotions that come with it though.

I'd go somewhere to get checked. Either a&e or to a early pregnancy unit (although you might need referring by a dr - either a Gp or a&e).

If anyone suggests examining you & you don't want them to - refuse. They can't make you!

It's a good sign that it's slowing. Hope it's nothing to worry about
