Spotting before af (cervical pressure)

I've just finished provera and been spotting since day 7 which was 3 days ago today I've got so much pressure inside around where my cervix would be. This isn't the first time this has happened when I've been spotting before getting my period. I've got mild changes to the cervix but the Dr isn't worried. I've had issues with spotting and irregular periods for long periods of time for a while now and I'm with the fertility clinic but they don't know what causes the spotting but know I don't ovulate. I was just wondering if anyone has the same pressure.
