spotting before period but could i be pg

i always spot for 2-3 days before period and i did when i found i was pg in june but mc in july... im spotting now has been 3 days and due af 2moro thing is its normally bright red dark brown by now for af to be 2moro.. could i be pg again ive had lower back ache last few days

has anyone ever spotted as usuall before there periods and been pregnant and for it all to be ok
