When I wiped I noticed small stains of blood on the paper. Then I wondered "is this from my front or from my behind?", wiped my front only - and still noticed small spots of blood. Like light, fresh blood (should have taken a Picture

I even put my finger in my vagina trying to scoop out "whatever", but didn't get nothing but some white creamy stuff (I've had a yeast infection for the past couple of days).
So my question; could I be bleeding from my yeast infection (haven't been scratching myself) or could it be an IB?
I've never had bleedings from mild yeast infections before. I've only been bleeding when eggs got Attached. On the other hand - it didn't seem like I had any blood on the inside.
Don't understand shit, and I feel I have a really hard time explaining this in another Language than my own. If someone could give me some thoughts I would be greatful. If not, I've might given you a good laugh with my lousy explanation
