Spotting..Maybe some TMI to some

I'm going to keep this short and sweet. Tuesday morning I did the hanky panky with hubby. Wednesday I was feeling kinda frisky down there if you know what I mean, but didn't act on it. By mid morning, I was spotting. And by spotting I mean like pink, mixed with CM, and it was continuous a few times I went potty. Nothing I would need a pad or panty liner for. And no cramping with it either. I called my OB and they said some people spot and its normal and sometimes it is not so they had me go in to draw some blood. They had me go in this morning for a second sample so they could compare the levels. I wont know results until Monday or Tuesday I am assuming. I am FREAKING OUT! I am hoping that it was due to the extra action down there but you never can be too sure! Google obviously has its ways of making you think the worst of a situation. Any input? Has this happened to anyone else? With the "fun stuff" or even without, that did NOT result in a MC?

Try not to work your self about it - you would be surprised at how common it is to spot when pregnant after intercourse. Inside there can become very sensitive and extra blood flow means slight irritation can lead to bleeding.

Even the next day? The spotting was not brown it looked fresh so that is what worried me.

When you're pregnant the blood flow down there is massively increased and your cervix becomes engorged with blood (same reason a lot of women have increased sex drive when pregnant and better orgasms!!!) if the cervix is then irritated by sex or sometimes even a tv ultrasound it can cause spotting, lots of women spot after dtd in the first tri. Try not to worry and stay away from Dr Google!!!!!! Xxx

Yes...Google is pregnant woman public enemy #1. Absolutely evil. stay faaaaaar away...as hard as it may be.
I have had the exact same thing...identical situation a few times this preg. Last prey resulted in a mmc so this time around I'm mortified at the sight of blood. I have however, had two wonderful early scans...seeing the th at both 6 and 9 weeks. Everything looks good so far...touch wood.
I have been spotting on and all this whole preg. DH and I dtd Tuesday...I spotted all day Tuesday and Wednesday then it finally started to subside Thursday. I have just been taking it easy.
Good luck and I know we all say this...easier said than done...but try not to worry.

Yep ive had brown pink and fresh red bloos through all trimesters and also without sex at all and my bubs is all good

The fact u dtd last night and it was the morning almost makes me 100% thats the reason...
If u havent statyed bleeding yet then id say dont stress yourself

Don't google!!!! And it's pretty normal to spot after sex. Way easier said than done, but the best thing you can do is relax until you get your call.

Its nice your dr is actually checking you! My office wont even check if you have a little pink like you describe! Maybe if you were really upset they would, but the say "dont worry unless its like a period" especially after sex or any sort of "in the moodness" down there.
