spotting .... why has it started ?

Hello, just a little question to see if any of you have experienced it ? For the last 4 months exactly 7 days before my period starts I've started to get spotting, just for one day, not even for a full day, why could this be? Anyone experienced it? I just find it quite strange that I've never had it before !

As it happens around the same time in your cycle I guess it's probably a hormonal problem or a reaction to your anticonception. If you are worried, I'd consult your doc about it.
