Spotty nose - 2 week old

My 2 week old boy has what looks like acne on and around his nose. Lots of hard, white spots, they don't seem to bother him, I just wondered if it' normal?

Yes its completley normal, my LO had it all over his face and the HV just told me to leave it or if i wanted to put olive oil on it, i didnt i just left it and it all cleared up after a few weeks and hes now got perfect skin!

its milk spots or millia - perfectly normal just don't be tempted to pick or squeeze them.

Milk spots, my 12 day old has 4/5 on her nose and a few dotted around her face.
I had some until I was a teenager, then they just disappeared
