Congrats. Don't worry too much about the kidneys. Mine were enlarged (well one was-the other doesn't work) and I'm perfectly fine

Thank you for the reassurance.. I'm trying not to worry as the sonographer said not to until the next scan n even if theyre still not working its quite easily treated..
I only worry that she's in discomfort
She's a little on the small side too.. But they said she's in proportion so not to worry about that either..
Im still in shock, id sort of convinced myself she was a boy and would be huge by the size of me
