ok... so not the best thing if you have spd and hypermobility like i do and i know i shouldnt be doing it BUT...

my bump has dropped significantly. I think hes engaged a fair bit now. no baby in my ribs, and its visibly lower by about an inch. i onyl did it for 10 mins, just bounced in a squatting position last night.

im going to do it every day now, i could feel the pressure downstairs when i did it.
 
ive got spd and i found that if i got on all fours it helped alot and it took sum of the stress away as ur spreading the pressure evenly.. ur hips and pelvis seems to b in a fairly straight position that way too..
 
Wow.. M gonna strt it tooo in a day or two... Have my US tmrw... So very excited

yeah, but thats not encouraging baby down :thumbup: the squats encorage baby out lol
