SS done this morning!!

When will the results be ready?
Will we be able to ring up the hospital to get them?

He has to do another sample on the 1st and has an appointment on the 19th with the FS but that's aggges away

this is funny to me because I thought you were talking about symptom spotting being done this am and I was like "how do you stop ss?"

I take it your DH got an SA? Hope you got the results and that they were stellar hon!

We had to make an appt with our FS for our sperm analysis results, but we're in Canada, so might be different for you

Hey

We had to wait 5 working days for our results but the consultant would only give them to DH rather than me.

Do you know why they are doing another SA on the 1st? I only ask as they normally do the second 3 months later as it takes this long for the sperm to mature and if you get a less than perfect result on the first go - the second Sa 3 months later will give the FS a more true reflection of what is going on - plus you can take vits etc. to improve if there are any issues??

No idea why it's only just over a week later. . .
I did think myself that this was odd!

He's already on supplements so maybe they don't see the point in waiting three months, as he won't be doing anything different?

It's good that they are actioning it... having said that i've beena tad forgetful we had our first SA, then a second 4 weeks later and the third came a few months later via the FS.... so it's all good. A lot of girls on here have had poor first results and then 'normal' second ones - the stress of 'performing' can really knock the little fellas for 6 - Whatever the results it will all be okay in the end

You did update it hun as I read about it on there. Was so sad for you but hope you're getting there xx

I went to Kefalonia, really nice island and was just a totally relaxing 2 weeks. I've come to some pretty hot weather here too!!

My hubby took his first results to the Blood clinic.....then the FS called us a week later and said that the results were the worst he had ever seen!!! They had him do it again at their clinic....apparently the first place let it sit their for 3 hours before even bothering with it. Results from the second test weren't amazing but weren't considered anything like the first batch. So maybe they want to double check?
