Stabbing pain right side of belly button?

Ok so I am 10 days late! BFN 3 days ago.. Having very uncomfortable abdominal cramps.. Right now I'm having constant stabbing pain on the low right side of my belly button.. I did have an ultrasound 2 years ago that showed I have cysts on my ovaries..

Could this be pregnancy related or?...
