Hi girls just wondering about starflower oil I have the 1000mg ones spoke to my midwife who is fine with me taking now as she is happy to do my sweep at 37+ to try andhelp me go into labour my self as induction is booked for 38 weeks anyway but I didn't ask how many to take do you take one orally and insert at night or just insert and don't take orally ?
