Has anyone eva done star jumps? lol three people have said it worked for them but i dont want to incase i damage the baby in any way.. im 9days over due being induced saturday but would love it to come on its own..

It won't damage the baby. Just make sure you don't damage yourself!!! Good luck! x

I'd be very careful about pulling muscles! The last thing you want when you are dealing with labour is a painful pulled stomach muscle!xxx

I did them with my first and it didn't work! I will try this time to although it is uncomfortable x

I have, only because the midwife told me to at my last scan tho because my baby was being naughty and hiding her face so they couldnt do the measurments lol xx
