Hey everyone i've come back on here after a long long break away!! Whilst away ive been diagnosed with PCOS and im currently waiting for my appointment with the gyno to come through!!
Ive tried agnus castus but it made no difference whatsoever to my cycles so recently started taking starflower oil after hearing a bit about it!! However im unsure if i am only meant to take this up until ovulation? PCOS makes detecting ovulation a little bit diffiult for me tho!
if anyone has any experience or knows anything about starflower oil. or even anything else i can do to help with the crappy PCOS then that would be great!!
