Start of a triphasic chart?

Hi ladies! So today I'm on 11 dpo.. I noticed my temp went way up this morning... Could this be a start of a pregnancy chart

That will depend on whether or not it thinks you just ovulated or not with you having the ear infection it could have delayed your ovulation!
